Step 1: Schedule Your Initial Assessment
Your journey starts with an initial virtual assessment with one of our certified SAPs. During this session, we’ll evaluate your situation, discuss your requirements, and create a plan tailored to your needs.
Step 2: Complete Assigned Actions
Per DOT requirements, we will assign specific actions such as classes, education, or treatment. Once you’ve completed the requirements, we will email you a link to sign up for a virtual follow-up appointment.
Step 3: Follow-Up Evaluation
Your follow-up evaluation ensures you have met all DOT requirements and are ready for clearance to return to safety-sensitive duties. This step must be completed before taking the return-to-duty drug test.
