Beginning November 18, 2024, holders of a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and commercial learner’s permit (CLP) who are marked with a “prohibited” status in the FMCSA’s CDL Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse will have their commercial driving privileges suspended until they successfully complete the return-to-duty process.
