At Return to Duty, we are committed to helping CDL drivers and other Department of Transportation (DOT) professionals regain their safety-sensitive roles through a streamlined, supportive, and fully virtual process. Founded by Mindy and Rob Guillory, a team of experienced mastered prepared nurses, Return to Duty blends professionalism with a genuine concern for public safety and individual recovery and rehabilitation.
Our mission is simple yet impactful: to guide DOT-regulated employees through the federally mandated return-to-duty process after a failed or refused drug or alcohol test. With a focus on compassionate care and regulatory compliance, we offer a tailored approach to each case, ensuring our clients receive the individualized support they deserve.
We make payment simple and accommodating with options like installment plans.
We are able to provide DOT SAP services in all 50 states.
We genuinely care about public safety and our clients’ success. We avoid the "one-size-fits-all" approach of many competitors.
We operate nationally with a completely virtual model, making our services accessible regardless of location.
Mindy and Rob Guillory bring decades of combined experience in healthcare and regulatory compliance. Their dedication to safety, accountability, and professionalism ensures that Return to Duty is a trusted partner for individuals and organizations navigating the complexities of the DOT-mandated process.
